Please ensure you have carefully read the information below before making a booking
DEPOSIT
A good housekeeping deposit of £100 must be paid within ? weeks to secure your booking. This deposit will be returned to you after your stay if the property has been left in a acceptable condition. If the property requires extra cleaning or there are breakages we reserve the right to retain some or all of this deposit in order to pay for replacements/ extra cleaning.

BREAKAGES/ DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY
Guests are expected to treat our property and facilities with care and respect so that others may continue to enjoy them in the future.You are liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, during your stay. Any accidental damage should be reported to our Property Manager immediately so they can arrange repair or replacement. If you notice any damaged or missing items on your arrival, please inform our Property Manager immediately. If you do not do so, you may be charged in error.
OVERCROWDING/
We reserve the right to terminate a booking and refuse future bookings if your group is larger than the stated occupancy of the property.
UNSOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Our properties are in residential areas and you are requested to respect our neighbours.We reserve the right to terminate your holiday if the behaviour of any member of your group, (including the use of social drugs, drunkenness and excessive noise), is likely to impair on the comfort, enjoyment or health of others. In such cases, no refund will be given.
FIRE SAFETY
The CCET has carried out a full fire safety risk assessment for the property. A copy is available in the house folder and on our website. Evacuation procedures are displayed in our properties and together with fire safety information for group leaders, is in the property file and on our website. You are responsible for assessing the risks of any activities you run with your group. Please ensure you and your group know what to do in the unlikely event of a fire. *LINK TO FIRE SAFETY POLICY*
PETS
Well-trained dogs are welcome, but dogs that are specified in the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted.There will be no charge for your dog unless they give cause for additional cleaning. No other pets are permitted without prior consent from the Trust. Under no circumstances are dogs to be left unattended at the property or allowed above the ground floor of the property. Please walk them outside the boundary of our properties and clean up after them.
LINEN
Duvets and pillows are provided. You must bring and use your own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. A cleaning or replacement charge will be made for soiled mattresses or bedding. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
CLEANING
The properties are self-clean, a cleaner is available on request at a surcharge of £60 per booking. This must be booked in advance, If no cleaner is requested and the property is left
SMOKING
In line with current legislation,smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the houses. In consideration of other and future guests, please do not smoke within 5 metres of open doors or windows. Guests who smoke are requested to dispose of their butts in an appropriate manner and not to litter the grounds.
YOUR PROPERTY
We cannot be held responsible for loss of, or damage to, your property. If we find any property you have left behind, we will return it to you for a small charge to cover our costs which must be paid in advance.
PROBLEMS
The Cambrian Coast Evangelical Trust will do everything possible to give you an acceptable standard of accommodation. However, if there is a problem, please report it immediately to our Property Manager who will use their best endeavours to resolve it as quickly as possible.
