General Booking Information

• Please confirm availability of the property with the Lettings Manager, who will make a provisional booking and send you a booking form to complete.
• Bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 nights.
• A deposit of 25% of the total (tabled) fee is due with your booking form. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days. If your booking form and deposit is not received in this period, you may lose the period to another group.
• A good housekeeping deposit of £250 is payable by cheque with the balance of your fees, due 4 weeks prior to the start of your booking.
• Bookings are limited to the maximum number of persons indicated for the property.
• Bookings commence at 3.30pm on the day of arrival and end at 10am on the day of departure (except by arrangement).
• Maximum number of persons: Olgra Bach:12, Pendorlan:18, Olgra:31.
